Small bump to head of spine and light ruffling to dustjacket top of spine and otherwise this copy is in fine condition. A very rare first printing; no comparable copies currently found on the market.
*Tor initially distributed The Eye of the World in a large format paperback edition and only printed a very small print of hardcover editions which were mostly distributed to libraries. Due to unexpected demand for the hardcopy, Tor recalled and rebound some of the paperbacks into hardcover boards. In addition to all the first edition points above, this copy has the final page of text pasted down to rear inner board which suggests it is one of these rebound copies.
