“The Lost Valley of Iskander” was not published within Howard’s lifetime; the FAX Collector’s Editions is its first publication. Its original title was “Swords of the Hills”.

Robert Ervin Howard was an American writer. He wrote pulp fiction in a diverse range of genres. He is well known for his character Conan the Barbarian and is regarded as the father of the sword and sorcery.
