Light soiling to endpapers; a few pages have been painted or colored; 5 pages have closed tears, a few folded corners and sporadic soil and or thumb marks. Boards have rubbing to edges and corners; hinge is weakened with exposed webbing to gutter in a few places; pages all secure.
