Beige cloth boards with red, white and blue front and spine pictorial binding of schoolgirl. Four black and white plates including frontispiece by Balliol Salmon. Inscription dated 1935 and markings to free endpaper, otherwise contents appear fine without marks, tears or folds; binding no longer tight but pages all firmly secured and hinge is not cracked. Boards have very light wear with a mark to rear board. Overall in very nice condition. 002508 $40
