Assumed to be a very early book club edition possibly published the same year as the first edition. Jacket is clipped and is otherwise identical to the first edition. 8vo up to 9½” tall., 222pp. Aquamarine cloth boards with dark blue spine titles, top edge is a faded blue. Name to free endpaper, residue tape mark to jacket flaps, residue tape marks inside jacket. Tiny chipping to head of jacket spine and corners. In very good condition.
