New Edition Circa 1895. 12mo up to 7½” tall., 384pp. with six full page illustrative plates by Gordon Browne; 32pp. rear publisher advertisement with full page illustrations. Green cloth boards illustrated in black and gilt to front and spine with silver titles. Front board illustration of the Flying Fish air craft startling African Natives; spine illustration shows diver with a knife. In very good condition with rubbing to board hinge line, corners and spine’s tail and head. First few pages are partially loosened; rear hinge is weakened and otherwise contents are in very nice condition.
