American Artist Jim Warren weaves together ethereal paintings that transport the viewer to dreamlike worlds. He’s created album covers for musicians like Prince and Alice Cooper, book covers for authors like Arthur C. Clarke, and has even designed movie posters. In 1981, Warren won a Grammy Award for his cover art for Bob Seger’s “Against the Wind” album. The varied assortment of beautiful and sometimes surreal paintings here comes from album artwork to more recent commercial posters and cards, and they all capture a profound sense of fantasy.
